Shipping Charges
Rates for shipping and handling within the United States are $6.50 for orders up to $25; $8.50 for orders $25 up to $50; and free for orders over $50. Allow up to 14 working days for an order shipped via UPS Ground to be received. Please call our Order Department toll-free at 866-533-9967 to place an expedited order. Expedited orders must be received by 11:00 a.m., PST, to ship the same day.

Return Policy
Call Customer Service toll-free at 866-533-9967 to arrange a return. We will pay shipping on all returns if the return is a result of our error, otherwise you are responsible for any return shipping costs. Credit for returns will be posted to your credit card or a check will be sent to your billing address. Refunds may take up to four weeks depending on reason, type and amount, but are usually more rapid than that.

We will backorder only new titles and those backlist books that we expect to have back in stock within 90 days.
